According to the Director General of Research Policy and Planning Office of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and Secretary of the 20th Festival of Celebrating Selected Researchers and Technologists, Prof. Sohrab Effati, Professor of Applied Mathematics, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, was selected as the distinguished researcher of the country in 2020.
